Basic idea represent power button that bleed surounded by barb wire with slogan “Power off violence”. Power button symbolize power of violence. Barb wire symbolize wheel of violence, danger, risk. Slogan invites citizens to “power off” violence from the street, home, naigbourhood, life... It’s not easy to do that (barb wire symbolize that as well). It takes courage, strainght, determination to “power off” violence.

Text applied next to logo No violence against women is: “Violence against women and girls (VAW) is one of the most systematic and widespread human rights violations. It is rooted in gendered social structures rather than individual and random acts; it cuts across age, socio-economic, educational and geographic boundaries; affects all societies; and is a major obstacle to ending gender inequality and discrimination globally.
